Webinar Time:

June 11, 2014 – 10:00AM EST (60 minutes) presentation plus Q&A session

Session Description:

The time for consolidation is now.  Adhesive and Sealant Companies continue to buy strategic assets to develop a stronger platform of technology and increase global presence.  Because the adhesive sector is growing faster than GDP and is relatively low risk, acquisitions and mergers are expected to continue as large companies look to fill gaps in technology and reach. Is this the year you take advantage of private equity desiring the steady cash flow of adhesives?  Learn what you can do to create value to shareholders through successful mergers and acquisitions.
