H.B. Fuller Company Acquires Engent

H.B. Fuller is a 125 year old company, but with the acquisition of Engent Inc. they continue to stay at the crest of innovation and technology. H.B. Fuller provides adhesives and sealants to match the specific needs of clients in fields including construction, woodworking, automotive products, and electronics. Per Jim Owens, president and CEO of H.B. Fuller, the purchase of Engent provides, “advanced application technology, people and process knowledge that will enhance our growing business in electronics.” Engent, which was founded in 2003, is a leader in electronic miniaturization and microelectronic testing, development, and manufacture. Engent serves clients that include entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune 50 companies across the industrial, medical, and military sectors. This acquisition will integrate H.B. Fuller’s global reach and adhesives expertise with Engent’s next-generation electronics expertise.  Ultimately, this acquisition expands H.B. Fuller’s knowledge and capabilities for microelectronic product development and assembly.
